Definitions
Clients - Individuals or Organisations wishing to advertise job vacancies.
Candidates - Individuals wishing to apply for job vacancies.
The Company - Bridging the Gap Limited trading as Bridging the Gap Jobs
The Service - The Company provides a free service for Clients and Candidates wishing to advertise vacancies and search for jobs.

The "Terms and Conditions" under which Clients and Candidates may use the Company are outlined below. Please read them carefully and ensure that you fully understand the contents. By using the Company web site, Clients and Candidates accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions herein, you should not use the Service provided by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, it is not envisaged that this would be a frequent occurrence. Nonetheless, we urge you to revisit this page periodically for updates.

 The Service is currently free for all Clients and Candidates, who must provide true, accurate and up-to-date information when submitting their details via the Company web site. Provision of Service
The Company provides the Service as defined in the Definitions section above. It allows Clients the ability to submit job vacancies and to search for potential Candidates by viewing CVs on-line. Candidates can search for job vacancies and submit their CVs for posting on the Company web site.
The Service is currently free for all Clients and Candidates, who must provide true, accurate and up-to-date information when submitting their details via the Company web site.
The Company reserves the right to alter the Service, as defined in the Definitions section above, at any time in the future.

Use of Service
Each Client/Candidate is required to register with the Company before it can use the Service. The Service provided to the Client/Candidate is provided solely for that Client's/Candidate's use. A Client/Candidate may not make any commercial or business use of the Service.
The Client/Candidate is totally responsible for the information supplied to the Company, via the web site. All correspondence between The Client and prospective Candidates is also the responsibility of the Candidate/Client.
The Company reserves the right to cancel the registration of any Client/Candidate for any reason whatsoever. If a registration is cancelled, the information will be deleted from the Company database.
The Service cannot be used for any illegal purposes and cannot be abused in any way. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Service if it feels, at its sole discretion, that an abuse of the Service has taken place.
The Company will not tolerate any abuse of the Service. If any user discovers information of an offensive nature, while navigating the site, the Company should be contacted immediately at jobs@btgjobsight.co.uk. The Company will immediately terminate the Service for the offending account(s) as long as the Company also finds the information to be of an offensive nature.

The Company's Liability
The Company acts solely in the capacity of Introductory Agency and facilitates the Service. The Company allows Clients to post job vacancies and Candidates to post CVs onto its web site. However, the Company does NOT filter or in any way amend the information posted. Neither is the Company involved in any subsequent communication between Clients and prospective Candidates, in any way whatsoever. The Company cannot therefore guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any of the information posted on its web site and thus cannot be held liable for any resulting loss, howsoever incurred.

Disclaimer
The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted (as occasional down-time, although very infrequent, will be required for maintenance), but will endeavour to keep the Service available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Neither does the Company warrant that the requirements of the Client/Candidate will be met by using the Service.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Company provides no warranty whatsoever in the provision of the Service.

Limitation of Liability
Clients and Candidates agree that they use the Service at their own risk. The Company cannot accept any liability either in contract, tort or otherwise for any direct, indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Data Protection
THE COMPANY WILL USE THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE FOR THE PURPOSES DESCRIBED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. TO THIS END, THE COMPANY MAY DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES WHO, IN OUR OPINION, MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND YOU HAVE CONSENTED TO THE COMPANY DISCLOSING THIS INFORMATION.
BY REGISTERING WITH THE COMPANY AND USING ITS WEB SITE YOU CONSENT TO THE COMPANY PROCESSING SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA ABOUT YOU WHERE THIS IS NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSES DESCRIBED ABOVE, FOR EXAMPLE HEALTH INFORMATION, NATIONALITY, RACE AND RELIGION.
YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO ASK FOR A COPY OF THE INFORMATION HELD ABOUT YOU BY THE COMPANY (FOR WHICH A SMALL FEE WILL BE CHARGED, AT PRESENT UP TO £10.00) AND TO CORRECT ANY INACCURACIES IN YOUR INFORMATION.

From time to time, the Company will seek to contact the Client/Candidate with information that it feels would be of mutual interest. If the Client or Candidate does not wish to be contacted by the Company with such information please contact jobs@btgjobsight.co.uk.
